Back to the Rationale,
The "Rationale" is the central document in the fraud orchestrated by
Beata Siwinski and Edward Leung.
To make sure I am held responsible for the accident and to make sure I
can not successfully overturn their decision, Beata Siwinski, together with
Edward Leung, fabricated statements in the Rationale and concealed the document
from me. The question is why? They already had a witness, why go so fare and
commit what civil courts refers to as "quasi-criminal" conduct and
what I straight up call criminal. Why take so much risk?
I can only guess the answer; they most likely knew that Sterling Rychkun
was lying and that his lie would be discovered. So they needed something else;
but again what good is the Rationale, why?
The answer to that is very simple; this Rationale is the first document
anyone looking at my claim looks at. They wanted to make sure if I file a
complaint, with the CRT or even internally in ICBC that whoever reviews my
claim is deceived by their lies.
And that was exactly what happened, one manager was upfront with me and
told me that he did not read every email or very note, but he read the
Rationale, the adjusters', and managers' notes, and he believed they came to
the correct decision.
If you are following me so far you would recognize that the targets of
their fraud were other ICBC managers, CRT officials, etc. They intended to harm
me by making sure I can not reverse their decision but I was not the only
victim; everyone who relied on their "misrepresentations" (fraud) was
their victim.
That is essential in establishing cause for action against them, Beata Siwinski and Edward Leung caused other ICBC employees to rely on their misrepresentations to my detriment.
