ICBC appointed three lawyers:   1.       Counsel for ICBC Defendants, he represents ICBC and its employees in claim 246736. 2.       Counsel for James Joesph Donald, he represents him in both claims, 246736: Where I allege he was negligent in the motor vehicle accident.  245869: Where I allege fraud and conspiracy against him and Sterling Rychkun. Meaning, ICBC appointed a lawyer to represent a defendant who is alleged to have committed fraud against ICBC. Update: The defendant Sterling Rychkun who claimed he saw me make and abrupt lane change and cutoff the truck then slammed on the brake, amended his response to my claim and in effect admitted he lied to ICBC. ICBC employees: Beata Siwinksi’s and Edward Leung’s fraud.   For about a year and half I believed that the only reason I was determined 100% responsible was the false witness statement submitted by Sterling Rychkun and focused all my efforts on exposing his and James Joseph Donald’s fraud. I gathered enough evidence and reported my findings to ICBC’s Special Investigation Unit (“SIU”). I was confident it was only a matter of time until they reverse their decision, the evidence was too good to ignore. I filed complaints with fairness office and talked to ICBC managers and adjusters without getting anywhere. I couldn’t figure out why they were not acting on my complaints.   Back to the Rationale, The "Rationale" is the central document in the fraud orchestrated by Beata Siwinski and Edward Leung. To make sure I am held responsible for the accident and to make sure I can not successfully overturn their decision, Beata Siwinski, together with Edward Leung, fabricated statements in the Rationale and concealed the document from me. The question is why? They already had a witness, why go so fare and commit what civil courts refers to as "quasi-criminal" conduct and what I straight up call criminal. Why take so much risk? I can only guess the answer; they most likely knew that Sterling Rychkun was lying and that his lie would be discovered. So they needed something else; but again what good is the Rationale, why?  How it all started! It all started on December 16, 2019. A few months after the NDP thugs, Horgan and Eby set out to implement one of the most draconian legislations in BC's history. I was rear ended around 6:00 AM on Canada way, by a pickup truck driven by the psychopath James Joseph Donald who worked at the City of Burnaby. The psychopath got Sterling Rychkun , who also worked at the City of Burnaby, to lie for him and together told ICBC pretty much the same story. They convinced ICBC that I cut him off and slammed on the brakes. The adjuster liked them and their story so much that they believed I was at fault and that I was up to something, maybe they believed I planned the whole thing, not exactly sure yet but whatever they though about me, they were determined that I do not succeed with my plan.
